Charitable gift annuities area a wonderful way to give a gift to Havenwood-Heritage

annuitant with significant tax advantages. Annuities pay the beneficiary
a percentage of the total gift given, either for a term of years or for the
rest of the annuitant’s life. Their percentage rate varies depending
on the age of the beneficiary.
Annuities may be created from gifts of cash, securities or real estate. A minimum gift valued at $5,000 is required to purchase an annuity.
Although a charitable gift annuity is easy to create, there are a few variables which must be discussed in advance.
