Floor and Carpet Technician, Full Time
Properly maintains floors and carpets in a clean, sanitized condition. Flexibility to work up to 12 hours in one day if needed. Requires working every 3rd weekend. High School education preferred. Experience in floor tile and carpet maintenance essential. Must be 18 years old to use equipment. Some night work required. Ability to lift, push and handle machines weighing up to 150 lbs. and lift 50 lb. buckets and other large heavy objects in order to prepare work area. Must have full range of motion to bend, stoop and kneel. Valid NH driver lic and proof of insurance
