The Havenwood campus (established 1967) is a fee-for-service community with
two entry plan options. The original plan, A-Non-CCRC, has no entrance fee.
The enhanced plan, Plan B-CCRC, is a Continuing Care Retirement Community
plan offering benefits in return for a modest entrance fee. We offer studio-alcove
cottages and one and two-bedroom cottages. In addition, we offer congregate
living in our Lodge, which includes three meals a day. The Health Services
Center, which provides nursing care for residents of both campuses, is located
on the Havenwood campus. We have been awarded the mark of quality and excellence
for retirement communities by the CCAC.
