 Who are we? If you are concerned that you may not find people like yourself here, dismiss the thought.We have people of every stripe. Let's start with our origins. Our residents were born and raised in every state in New England and some two dozen others in many countries on five continents, even North Korea and China. And those who weren’t born there have traveled there; we have visited almost every country in the world. What about your work experience? As you may expect from the nature of our management, we include several retired ministers, but neither they nor the rest of our residents are all UCC members; we include several faiths, including Buddhists, Jews, even agnostics. Our residents have done just about everything. We have a variety of educators from kindergarten through college principals and school board members; scientists and engineers; medical personnel from nurses to specialists; farmers and shopkeepers; police and other law-enforcement officials; contractors; and many other professions of all types. Still not convinced that you'll fit in here? What about hobbies, your free-time activities? Our residents are involved in and some excel in sports and games, vocal and instrumental music, languages, textiles and threads, woodwork, metalwork, travel, fraternal organizations, photography.
