The mission of Hooking for the Homeless is to keep the love of fiber arts alive while lending a helping hand to our Concord community. As a part of this charity, you can learn how to knit and crochet, meet new people at a stitching circle or simply donate your pre-made creations. They collect homemade crocheted and knit items 365 days a year and donate them to people experiencing homelessness, displacement or relocation, abuse or neglect and the working poor.

Stitching Up the World


Also benefiting their New Hampshire community is Stitching Up the World. Stitching Up the World was founded by the women of Candia Community Woman’s Club and has grown exponentially since its inception in March of 2010. Their main operation brings together knitted, crocheted or sewn items for chemotherapy patients in New Hampshire.
