About Our Concord Life Plan Community

Greetings from Havenwood Heritage Heights. Over the past 2 plus years we have been involved full steam in the pandemic. HHH has done extraordinarily well to keep its resident population COVID-19 free and safe. My hat goes off to staff members that have gone well above and beyond and done so many incredible things that the history books most likely will never recount. The staff population and residents are responsible for the spirit that prevails in every aspect of our community. I believe that as you peruse this website you will begin to get a sense of what a wonderful, warm, and multifaceted retirement community we are.

Our rich history is very much a part of our daily lives. Founded by the Reverend Dr. Everett Barrows in the mid-sixties, we were a community ahead of our time. As a mission-driven organization, we gladly accept the challenge of keeping with that tradition by offering only the very finest and most innovative services available.

From our newly created Karen’s Retreat, sports complex and country store to the beautiful views of the Merrimack River to the shining Gold Dome of our State Capitol, we have a great deal to offer. As an accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), we strive to serve you and meet your needs in every way possible.
