Iron Chef Challenge
Our very own Master chef Jason Seavey tied for second place at this year’s Concord Iron Chef challenge. Jason has won the annual contest in prior years. This year’s challenge theme was “Sweet and Salty”. Maple syrup, which was harvested from our own Maple trees, prosciutto and the last minute ingredient was pomegranate seeds. Now lets enjoy some photos of this well attended appetizing event.
